3rd time is the charm!
We are excited to report that the Landmarks Preservation Commission voted unanimously to approve our proposal for a new 9 story residential building in TriBeCa. We are happy to have found a solution that is both progressive and contextually sensitive. This process, while at times arduous, produced a design that we think will be a proud and handsome addition to TriBeCa.
